Welcome to XSave, developed by m12n Apps ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using XSave, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use XSave.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XSave, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use XSave, and you agree to comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting within XSave or on our website. 14. Miscellaneous

15. In-App Purchases and App Removal

XSave offers in-app purchase options for enhanced features and functionality. By making an in-app purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any in-app purchase features at any time.
• If XSave is removed from the app store or discontinued, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation for previous in-app purchases.
• You accept all risks associated with making in-app purchases, including the possibility that the app may be removed from the store or discontinued in the future.
• You agree not to hold m12n Apps liable for any losses or damages resulting from the app's removal from the store or discontinuation of service.
